The Notify Me® service allows you to subscribe to email and/or text message notifications from the Agenda Center, Alert Center, Bid Postings, Calendar, Job Postings, & News Flash. Sign up is easy and your subscription is customizable.
The Village Calendar lists public meetings, special hearings, court dates and events. You may subscribe to calendar notifications by clicking on the Notify Me® button located at the top righthand corner of the calendar.
To keep you better informed about all the activities and updates from the Village, the Mayor emails a monthly newsletter.
Red Hook Village’s Seasonal Services Update is a double-sided flier that notifies residents of all the seasonal service changes. It is also mailed with the quarterly water bill and available at Village Hall.
Public accessibility to the Village of Red Hook’s meetings allows the community to stay informed and up-to-date. Recordings of the Village Board meetings are broadcast every Wednesday at 7:00am, 12:00pm, and 8:00pm on Spectrum channel 23, and are available online here.

- The News Flash channels I enrolled in have been changed or discontinued. Why?
The Village of Red Hook is working hard to identify the most effective ways to communicate with the public. In an effort to expand enrollment in Notify Me ® subscription service we are simplifying our current enrollment categories in the following way:
Current Subscription Category 2022 Updates NewsFlash >“Click here for local area Corona/Covid-19 information" Will be renamed “Covid-19 Info” NewsFlash >“Covid/Corona Virus" Will be discontinued as it is redundant NewsFlash >“Police News"

Will be discontinued as The RHPD post regular updates on their FB Feed.
Any Emergency Police Alerts will be sent under ‘Emergency Alert’, and any Police staff story or Police event will be shared either in ‘Events & Committee News’ & or ‘Government News’

(News from the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Board of Trustees, Mayor's Office & Court News as well as General Announcements & Election Information)
NewsFlash >“Remote Village Board Meeting Information" Will be discontinued.
