Fees and Billing

Fees: 

The typical property in the sewer use area is a single-family residential property. The cost per property is based on debt service (30-yr bond) plus operating and maintenance (O&M) cost. Thus, the current total cost is ($716 [capital fee] + $311 [O&M fee]) or $1,027 per year for a single-family home or property that uses 150 gallons per day (gpd). This is billed quarterly on the same utility bill as water use charges.

Sewer Customers are invoiced quarterly on their existing Utility Bill. See explanation of your bill here.

Payment methods:  

Can be paid by cash, check (mailed to Village Hall, hand delivered to Village Clerk, or dropped in the deposit box slot at the front of Village Hall) or online here.
